PROJECT SUMMARY

Phase I of the Exeter Hospital expansion project involved a 100,000 square foot addition to the existing hospital. This addition became the new main entryway, lobby and atrium to the hospital. This wing also houses a new oncology center, surgical unit and women’s health center along with a 40,000 square foot medical office facility.

This project included an immense sitework project, which Hutter completed with our own forces.

Phase II construction overlapped Phase I with project completion in July of 2008. This phase involved massive renovations to occupied space throughout the campus including PCU, OEDS, Cath Lab, Maternity, ED Addition, Nuclear Medicine, Security and Digital Imaging areas, and working in close proximity to staff and patients.
