Hutter managed the construction for the Monahan Manor redevelopment project, consisting of 216 rental apartments in Downtown Nashua, NH. Nashua Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Boston Capital Development, co-developed this multi-family housing development, which includes 206 affordable housing units. Overall, this four-building development includes studios, one, two, three, four, and five-bedroom units.
Hutter constructed this 252,000 SF project through working closely with architects at Market Square Architects, as well as the owner’s project manager at Colliers Engineering.
This development aids in relieving the NH affordable housing need and brings a variety of housing options for families to the market.
