Working with Easterseals NH, the owners project manager, Development Synergies LLC, and Market Square Architects, we are proud to announce we completed the Champlin Place development. Champlin Place is a three-story, 65-unit residential development designed as an independent living community for older adults in Rochester, NH. The unit mix includes 60 one-bedroom units and five two-bedroom units, with all apartments featuring modern finishes, large windows, walk-in-closets, and all kitchen appliances.
This development offers residents over the age of 62 housing that is modern, affordable and well equipped, consequently providing NH seniors with better access and more options for housing.
