PROJECT SUMMARY

The RiverMead expansion project involves six phases of new construction and renovation in the midst of a busy retirement community and nursing complex. Construction of two “Villas,” each three-story buildings of 12 units with a parking garage below, as well as two duplex cottages and the relocation of the maintenance building have all been completed.

Work recently completed on an addition of a fitness and wellness building adjacent to the Mead commons, dining and kitchen renovations targeted to enlarge the casual bistro space and reduce the formal dining area at the Village as well as renovation of the main dining area at the Mead. The 14-bed addition of assisted living and a general renovation of the Mead’s entire health center is currently under construction.
