PROJECT SUMMARY

Hutter is guiding Eagle Mountain House, one of the original grand hotels in the White Mountains, through the preconstruction process of a complete renovation and upgrade to Marriott Hotels design standards. The work includes expanding the dining services, tavern bar and upgrading to a full commercial kitchen.

The plan modernizes 96 guest rooms with updated features, including HVAC. The front entrance will be relocated off the street and the lobby fully renovated. Recently, the scope was expanded to upgrade the pool patio that overlooks the golf course and a kitchen renovation in the Carriage House function hall.
