PROJECT SUMMARY 

This project involved the complete renovation and upgrading of the 82-room hotel as well as to the common areas such as the lobby, registration and buffet.

The three-story renovation was done while the hotel maintained full operations. To overcome this challenge, work was phased in small groups of rooms so the balance of the rooms could continue to be occupied throughout construction.
