PROJECT SUMMARY

The TriTown Landing development is 131 units in four and three-story buildings. Completed in phases, the wood-framed structures have vinyl siding and asphalt shingle roofing. Each building has elevators, laundry rooms on each floor, a management office, exercise room, community room, intercom system and security card access.

The one, two and three bedroom affordable living units each have a full kitchen with appliances, a private deck and a utility closet housing individual air conditioning, heating and water systems.

Site work on the 8.7 acre site included parking lots, a playground and tie-ins to the City of Lunenburg sewer and water systems. Wall framing was prefabricated off-site concurrent with foundations allowing for a shortened schedule and winter conditions.

Phase 4, the newly completed Baker Brook Apartments, is 74,500 square foot facility with 70 senior housing units.
