PROJECT SUMMARY

The Jewel Crossing project involved the demolition of the former Jeweled Cross Company manufacturing facility, renovation
of the front office facility and construction of the new 84,065 square foot affordable housing apartment complex.

The complex is comprised of two buildings, one with 36 units and one with 30 units. The front building now houses the Jewel Crossing office, a community room, an exercised facility and a display of archives and history of the sites origins dating back to 1899.
