PROJECT SUMMARY

Hutter partnered with NeighborWorks Southern NH to rehabilitate 5 separate buildings consisting of 101 units in Manchester, NH. The buildings were partially occupied at the time of renovation and the construction schedule was coordinated closely with NeighborWorks’ Project Manager.

Renovations included updates to individual units, major mechanical systems, windows, and common areas among other things.
