This Market & Main project at 125 South River Road in Bedford, NH, is a uniquely branded environment that combines retail, office, grocery, dining and entertainment in an open air, pedestrian-friendly setting.

Project at a Glance

• A 360,000 square foot high density performance zoning on 16.09 acre, class A, open air shopping center featuring an exceptional mix of popular anchor stores, specialty shops, restaurants, cafes, services, and entertainment venues;

• Inspired streetscape design, wide sidewalks, and custom storefronts with colorful awnings, plentiful landscaping, and ample, convenient parking.

• Structural Parking Garage

Hutter’s sitework crews have been working at Market & Main since 2016. The development was partially awarded to Sullivan Construction and Hutter has continued to provide sitework services since completing our portion of the building projects.

Our sitework crews created a pad ready site, which includes all infrastructure, utilities and pavement up to the curb line. Our teams then provided the finishing touches to the exterior finishes, such as brick pavers, granite planters, benches, and landscaping.

This project was completed in multiple phases, and designed as scheduled for a broad variety of users including a theater.
