PROJECT SUMMARY

This design/build 52,000 square foot outpatient center was built to be expandable to 80,000 square feet. The first floor houses an Urgent Care Center, which handles emergency and walk-in patients with full imagery and testing services. A four-unit endoscopy suite with 14 recovery beds is located on the second floor. The third floor contains a two-unit ambulatory surgery and doctors’ suites with the four floor comprised completely of doctors’ offices. An annex to the building accommodates a mobile MRI unit.

The facility has concrete foundations, a structural steel fame and concrete slabs with isolated areas to meet the load and vibration needs of the client. Expansion glass in aluminum frame compliments the masonry veneer. High-end finishes combine wood and composite materials to create an exterior environment that promotes healing and gives a statement to the quality of care one expects.
