PROJECT SUMMARY

Hutter Construction recently completed a renovation to the Monadnock Community Bank (MCB) located in the Monadnock Community retail plaza in Peterborough, NH. Hutter’s management worked closely with Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects and the NES Group, the bank’s consultant, to provide a project that exceeded the expectations of MCB’s management.

The primary goal of the project was to give the bank a rejuvenated look while maintaining the bank’s operations. Conscious of the bank’s hours of operations and the space required by its employees, Hutter developed a night schedule with phasing that minimized disturbance to the bank’s daily business activities. Hutter also embraced the team spirit as set forth by the architects and the bank in the weekly project meetings.

This collaboration improved the logistics of the work, the aesthetics of the design, and the functionality of the space. Most importantly the bank’s customers were surprised and delighted when walking into the new space.
