PROJECT SUMMARY

Both Dollar General projects involved the new construction of pre-engineered metal buildings with light-gauge, cold form metal framing and a custom facade of traditional storefront, HardiePlank siding and stone veneer. The construction included the demolition of existing houses and structures, full site work and connection of utilities. Although hired by the developer, we worked directly with Dollar General in the coordination of fixture and signage installation as well as merchandise stocking through to the Grand Opening.
