PROJECT SUMMARY

This new full service Honda dealership consists of a 46,483 square foot two story showroom, sales offices and service bays. The building’s basement contains a mechanical area with fluid storage for the service bays and the express lube service pit. It has a structural steel frame with insulated metal panel siding on metal framing.

The first floor has a radiant heat slab and the second floor slab is on metal deck and bar joists. Its interior has cold form metal framing, gypsum wallboard, and acoustical ceilings with carpeting and ceramic tile flooring. The new facility also features an indoor customer vehicle delivery center as well as a drive thru car wash, and alignment and detail bays.
