PROJECT SUMMARY

To date, Hutter Construction Corporation has successfully completed 27 Walmart Store projects from site work improvements to new 200,000 square foot Supercenters.

The Walmart phased expansion projects involved major additions and renovations to the existing stores to include grocery floor sales. The phases were sequenced in a manner that allowed the stores to remain open and operational throughout the construction process. This involved tight scheduling and coordination with the store management, Walmart design, store planning, Walmart vendors and Hutter Construction subcontractors.

These projects included an overhaul of the mechanical and electrical systems and the replacement of dozens of air handling rooftop units. Safety and communication were of major importance at all times because the construction was taking place in close proximity to customer traffic.
