PROJECT SUMMARY

The Concord New Hampshire GSA Office, located in Concord, NH, a branch location of the General Services Administration (GSA), contracted Hutter to fit-up a first floor unit at 70 Commercial Street to house their Social Security Administration offices.

Having developed and built the original building encompassing Horseshoe Pond Corporate Center, Hutter’s advantage was
our knowledge and experience with the existing site. We worked alongside long-time collaborator Warrenstreet Architects who
designed a functional space for the SSA.

The most challenging aspect of this renovation was integrating a new security system with the GSA’s high-level encrypted national network, but given Hutter’s persistence, it got done.
