PROJECT SUMMARY

Our design consists of a two-story structure (no basement). The site will be developed and landscaped so that the building will have a pronounced look, which will compliment the appearance of the VA Hospital campus. The building design is of Georgian style architecture, also complementing the existing campus design.

The building exterior consists of masonry brick veneer accented with a granite horizontal feature band. The roof will slate shingles. Exterior walls and roof areas will be insulated with spray-on insulation. The structural frame of the building is framed with wood and wood pre-manufactured steel trusses and concrete flooring and roof decking.

The framing is placed on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation with frost walls. The project includes all site work.
