PROJECT SUMMARY

The Foundry Business Center is a campus of three office buildings of similar design and scope located in at Exit 16 on the Route 93 corridor Concord, NH. Each building is a two-story steel frame building with masonry veneer.

In addition to office fit-ups, applicable to all three buildings, Building #2 consists of medical treatment rooms, a lab, a physical therapy suite, a pharmacy and a sleep study center for Concord Hospital. Midway through the project, an 8,000 square foot addition was added to the project to accommodate the sleep center.

The addition caused changes to the location of the main stairway. We were forced to create a second, fire-rated means of egress in order to occupy the original tenants on the original schedule while the addition was still under construction.

Building #1 is the Sanborn Head facility and Building #3 is a mixed use office building housing a pediatric dentist practice and a remote college campus.
