PROJECT SUMMARY

Hutter worked with The City of Rochester to build the 54,200 square foot public works facility with 3,800 square foot salt storage structure and associated sitework. The overall site consists of approximately 21.3 acres of land and includes vehicle storage, vehicle maintenance, wash bay, administrative and workshop facilities, a detached salt storage structure and a fueling island.

The site development included grading, drainage, utilities, landscaping, and parking.
