PROJECT SUMMARY

This project involved the renovation of an existing 111,135 square foot building and the construction of a 101,577 square foot addition. The renovation portion included the removal of the existing façade and former loading dock area to accommodate the new two-story main entrance to this corporate facility. In addition to the complete refurbishment of the interior spaces, modifications were made to the existing mechanical and electrical systems and all of the existing glazing and storefront entrances were replaced with energy efficient components.
