PROJECT SUMMARY

The Ashby Public Safety Complex project is a new 9,740 sf wood frame addition to a 4,080 sf existing fire station, along with all
required utilities, infrastructure, interior and exterior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and site work.

The Police Department section includes a sally-port and two alternate vehicle bays, two universal cells, locker room, and administrative offices.

The existing fire station has been upgraded with safety and operational improvements. The addition will provide the fire department with administration space, bunk rooms, a
kitchen, dining room, and day room.

Site development required connecting to the town’s nearby public well and development of a septic system to accommodate
the new facility
