PROJECT SUMMARY
The 1914 Italian Renaissance style building, constructed with Concord granite, Botticino and Lastavena marble was restored and renovated to accommodate the needs of the twenty first century.
The exterior facade was completely cleaned and repointed, a new Sarnafil roof system was installed which was integrated with the clay roof tiles, and a completely new heating and air conditioning system was installed while the building was kept open during the entire construction process.
The renovation process included asbestos abatement, installation of a spray foam insulation at the roof area; installation of a structural steel cat walk system at the attic to access all of the components of the new system.
