HUTTER

Hutter celebrated the ceremonial groundbreaking for Easterseals New Hampshire affordable apartment community for residents 62+ in Rochester, NH, on November 4, 2022. The modern three-story building will feature 65 well-equipped one and two-bedroom apartment homes with secured entry, indoor mail delivery, a community room and a social room. All units are constructed to meet independent living needs and five units are compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design.

The property abuts its namesake, the William H. Champlin Jr. Forest, which is 185 acres of conservation land. A portion of the land will be subdivided and reunited with the Champlin Forest via the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests.

More information on the apartments and how to apply can be found at Easterseals.com.
