PROJECT SUMMARY 

Thanks to the owners, VS Entertainment LLC, as well as architects at Landry, Hutter was able to effectively assist in building the V and S Ice-Center. The new construction of the 94,170 square foot building was designed for two hockey rinks. In addition to the rinks, the building included venues such as multiple concession areas, conference rooms, locker rooms, pro shop, arcade and a 2,500 square foot seat arena.

This project required creativity and extreme attention to detail, especially as the site construction involved a significant amount of wetlands, making the need for mitigation and offsite improvements.
