Dublin Lake Lake Front and Golf Clubhouse
Dublin, NH

PROJECT SUMMARY
The project consisted of two different sites. A wood framed golf clubhouse was completely demolished and a new one built in the same location. The new golf clubhouse mimicked the old clubhouse design of an historic
wood framed farm house
The existing lake clubhouse on Dublin Lake was partially
demolished and the remainder of the building jacked up and moved, allowing for a new basement to be excavated and poured. The existing lake clubhouse was moved back onto the new basement and then additions where built on all four sides, replicating the original lake clubhouse.
Many historic elements were reused when possible, with other elements matched with new product. Included in the contract was the construction of a separate boat storage building and a maintenance building
