PROJECT SUMMARY 

Thanks to owners, Children’s Museum of NH, and collaboration with architects, ARQ architects, Hutter renovated the abandoned armory, saving it from being demolished. The renovation included  new HVAC systems, electrical systems, and rain water collection systems, as well as other interior components.

Some interesting job facts, this job consisted of exposed insulated spray-on texture made of 100% post recyclable products, and the flooring was recycled from previous Hutter renovation products. In total, 75% materials and construction waste was recycled, something unique in comparison to other construction renovations.
