PROJECT SUMMARY

This eight classroom building is a one-story post and beam structure with a central commons area featuring a 24 foot cathedral ceiling with clear story windows running the length of the building. The structure has full fieldstone veneer siding on both gable ends with cedar shingles, clapboard and decorative trim on the sides.

It has a standing seam panelized metal room system with integrated Douglas Fir tongue and grove decking. The building is equipped with central air conditioning throughout as well as complete mechanical, electrical and tele/data systems.

Interior finishes include exposed beams, quarry tile and solid maple wainscotting throughout the commons area, carpet tiles in the classrooms and decorative solid maple casework on the windows and doors throughout the facility. The central feature is the fieldstone fireplace with a 30 foot chimney.
