PROJECT SUMMARY

Manchester Christian Church’s Bedford Campus was in need of more parking space and seating for 900 people. Hutter Construction built a 24,200 square foot steel frame addition to the existing church.

The exterior finishes include insulated metal panel walls, stone veneer, and mahogany rain screen. The sanctuary consists of poured concrete auditorium seating with extensive sound treatments.

The addition of an entry hall with 29 foot ceilings connects the auditorium to the existing facility. Referred to as Main Street, it includes a welcome/information station, a cafe and a library. A mezzanine offers a seating area for members to enjoy their cafe items and fellowship. The existing facility was renovated into the children’s area.
